Trey Rigdon

Trey Rigdon is the Director of Digital Experience at Movement Mortgage, one of the nation’s 10 largest retail mortgage lenders. Trey leads the Marketing Technology and Digital Experience teams as they innovate the digital experience for the loan officer, real estate agent and borrower.   

Trey has served in a variety of senior marketing roles at Movement, since he joined the then-startup in 2009. He has helped the company grow from a regional lender with 150 employees to its place today as a national brand with $12.8 billion in annual origination volume and 4,300 employees. His philosophy of developing loan officer centric tools and applications, marketing automation and unique branding has delivered remarkable results. Trey’s current role has led Movement to create a digital experience that aligns with Movement’s corporate strategy of leveraging technology to increase sales and innovate the mortgage experience as Movement works toward its vision to serve one out of every 10 homebuyers in the United States by 2025.

David Rapson

SVP, National Mortgage Production Manager, Fidelity Bank

David L. Rapson is a 29yr Banking Industry veteran with senior level management experience in all aspects of the industry including Retail Banking, Commercial Banking, Construction Banking and finally Mortgage Banking. He has spent the last 16 years in various leadership roles within the Mortgage Banking Industry including sales, operations, and construction lending. This has included time spent working for a Top 10 National Bank, Community Bank, and also an Independent Mortgage Banker on both a national level and a local level within the Metro Atlanta Market.  He has a unique set of skills and knowledge on all aspects of the mortgage lending process including a strong background in the construction and renovation lending space.

David resides in Cumming, Georgia with his wife, Debbie, of 28 yrs, his three dogs, and has two adult sons, Shane and Brandon, and a new daughter in law Brooke.  

He is active in his community, involved in various non-profit organizations including serving as a community coach for his local high school’s basketball program. He is an Alumnus of Georgia State University. His hobbies include boating, basketball, biking and attending Atlanta Falcons Games.

I'm first a husband and father of two amazing, crazy, and beautiful little girls. By day, I work to help solve the day-to-day opportunities alongside an amazing team in South State Bank's Mortgage department.

Today, I work to ensure that our sales team has the support they need to prospect, originate, and close loans. I also work to ensure that our entire mortgage team has the technology they need or may not yet know is out there. I love to learn about our industry and how it is evolving and how we can incorporate that in our business today. We have great teams that are innovators in technology, creative marketers, and are energized in how this business is changing every day and how we can be a part of that future. 

In the past, I have worked in capacities including servicing, wholesale/correspondent operations, and sales, business analysis, reporting, and account management for a mortgage insurance company.
