Omni Barton Creek Resort is 18 miles (about 30 minutes) from Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS). Ride share and car rental options are all available from the airport.

  • Refund Policy

    Conference Pass: We understand that plans change, so we’ll do our best to accommodate cancellation requests. The full registration fee for Accelerate 2027 passes will be refunded for cancellations made 30+ days prior to the event. Cancellations 10-29 days prior to the event will be refunded, minus a $100.00 administration fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations less than 10 days prior to the event, but transfers and substitutions are permitted. 

    Partner/Sponsor Pass: The full registration fee for Accelerate 2027 partner/sponsor passes will be refunded for cancellations made 30+ days prior to the event. Cancellations 10-29 days prior to the event will be refunded, minus a $500.00 administration fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations less than 10 days prior to the event, but transfers and substitutions are permitted.
